At first, I have no time to exercise just like many people complain. Becuase I'm really busy on work. I'm felt so tired every day get off work.
Things changes when I got the fitness watch from my friend's recommend. I was instantly motivated by having a step goal,
I tried to walk more in my day break. Day after day, I find it's not so diffiult to exercise. Now I spend more time to exersise on the gym.
If you challenge yourself physically,
you get the power to challenge yourself mentally.
